NIAS fosters research on Asia across the Nordic region, especially among our NNC partners.
We also have our own research priorities that reflect current Nordic concerns and agendas. We are always especially eager to connect with academics working on the following Asia-related themes

NIAS is actively engaged in making grant applications related to these themes. We are very interested in hosting related academic visitors and creating partnerships with colleagues in Asia and beyond.
